Architectural Improvements

Need help submitting a design modification application? We're here to assist! Before you begin, take a moment to review the Design Guidelines to ensure your project complies with any modification limitations.
 
Remember to submit your application well in advance of starting your project. Approval is required before making any changes to your home or landscaping. The management team and Board have up to 45 days to review your application and ensure it aligns with the guidelines.
 
If you have any questions while completing the application, email MountainFalls@ccmcnet.com or call (775) 473-3555 for help. If your application is incomplete or requires additional information, a team member will reach out to you.
You will receive an email with the decision within 30 days. Once approved, you're ready to move forward with your project!
 
All submissions require the following:
  • Modification application signed and dated
  • Copy of survey/plat of your lot to show the location of the improvement
  • Photo examples or renderings of the improvement
  • Other pertinent information regarding the improvement as required by the design guidelines
To submit your documents, drop them off at the Clubhouse or email them to MountainFalls@ccmcnet.com.
